Please read these terms carefully before booking. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Driver Eligibility
Age Requirement
Drivers must be at least 25 years of age. A young driver surcharge may apply for certain high-performance vehicles for drivers under 30.
License
A valid driver's license held for at least 2 years is required. International drivers need a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
2. Payments & Security Deposit
Full payment for the rental period is required before vehicle handover. Additionally, a refundable security deposit is mandatory for all self-drive rentals.
- Security Deposit: GHS 3,000 - GHS 10,000 depending on vehicle class.
- The deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days after vehicle return, pending inspection.
- We accept Mobile Money, Bank Transfers, and Cash (in specific cases).
3. Prohibited Uses
Our vehicles are strictly maintained for executive and luxury travel. The following uses are strictly prohibited and will void insurance:

By proceeding with a booking at Bryane Autos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
